The Role Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead all HR related activities in market (with regional direction and support) - employee experience and engagement, performance management, talent management, internal and external training programs.
Provide strategic HR partnership to the senior leadership team.
Partner with the EMEA recruitment function on recruitment needs in the local market.
Provide full onboarding and offboarding support for employees, for example, software management, issuing of contracts, and exit interviews.
Be an active partner with the local finance team, labor consultants, and labor risk agency.
Provide ad hoc support to our Italian office as needed.
Skills and Qualifications Proven track record in Human Resources Management experience including recruitment experience.
Thorough knowledge of current employment legislation.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Personable and relationship-building capabilities across all levels of the business.
Ability and willingness to operate both strategically and operationally.
An awareness and understanding of HR best practices.
