What You'll Do: Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws, including the latest updates from the Labour Government. Develop and implement a comprehensive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and reward programmes. Design and manage incentive schemes for senior leadership. Roll out a formal, KPI-driven appraisal system for office-based staff. Lead our HR function ensuring high standards of service delivery. What We're Looking For: CIPD accreditation (Level 5 or higher) or equivalent UK HR formal accreditation. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within the care industry or a related sector. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
