Hr Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Sociology or any related course. Human Resource Professional Certificate or equivalent is preferred. Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager. Extensive knowledge in Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle data with confidentiality, along with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: A strategist who can develop game plans to maximize the potential of our employees. Manage the recruitment and selection process, labor relations, employee engagement, training, and others. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of the company's talents. Be a positive contributor to the company's goals. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
