Job Description We are looking to hire an HR Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. Reporting to the HR Director, this person will be responsible for providing cross-functional support to the HR department and acting as a facilitator in personnel management matters across all business lines. As an HR Manager this position will play a critical role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment through effective employee relations strategies and practices.
Their responsibilities will include fostering a committed culture, maintaining and creating a happy work environment, managing conflicts and internal communication. They will also collaborate in the management of the labor and administrative aspects of the HR department.
This person will:
Be the HR Business Partner for managers and employees Manage the Recruitment team, helping to build strategies to improve on efficiency Build processes and procedures for the Training, Talent & Development and Selection & Recruitment teams, keeping the team accountable for their work Ensure a successful onboarding experience for all the employees Be an ambassador of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance and accuracy of data input Manage and analyse data and numbers to be used for the annual budget, budgeting and forecasting and to build strategic plans Support managers in solving issues and finding solutions to potential road-blocks Keep retention rates and employee satisfaction high Manage relationships with Workers' Representative Committee Collaborate with the legal counsel as necessary to address complex employee relations issues and mitigate legal risks, while staying up to date with employment laws and regulations Qualifications We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor's Degree in law, psychology, business administration or similar 8+ years of experience in HR 4+ years of experience in HR Team Management and employee relations Bilingual skills in Spanish and English Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices Nice to have: Previous experience in a multinational environment Strong communication and influencing skills Analytical approach to data Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Additional Information Rentokil Initial is home to everyone: feel free to come as you are.
