The HR manager must focus on developing and enhancing human capital to contribute to the development of the company, through the synergy between Blue's strategy and the performance of the people within it.
This professional should be responsible for facilitating the employee's interaction with other members of the team and the organization, ensuring a good working environment.
This role reports to the head of the legal department, with whom they must work closely to ensure compliance with Spanish and European labour laws and regulations.
Responsibilities: Facilitate employee interactions within the company and handle any human problems or conflicts.
Provide mediation between employees in case of conflict.
Handle employee complaints and reports in accordance with Spanish law and in a discreet and sensitive manner.
Advise the management team when required, participate in collective bargaining and influence the company's strategies to improve the working environment.
Observe and measure physical, social and psychological aspects that affect employees' performance.
Establish strategies to increase employee motivation and performance.
Serve as a primary point of contact pertaining to employee relations, HR issues and queries, ensuring all are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the Global Director of HR to establish a well-curated HR strategy.
Skills and qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources or Psychology.
Demonstrable professional experience in Human Resources.
Understanding and knowledge of Spanish Employment Laws.
Expert communication skills and the ability to interact easily and with discretion at all levels of the organization, including presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High empathic skills.
Must be a positive influence on others, have some professional grit and easily adapt to a fluid environment.
Excellent level of spoken and written English.
