We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead HR operations across Spain, Italy, and Greece. This role offers a great opportunity to support a diverse, international team and drive HR excellence in a hybrid work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations: Implement and execute HR processes across the employee life cycle, ensuring consistency and quality.Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters.Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health & safety regulations, and collective agreements in Spain and Italy.Social Partner Management: Handle relationships with social partners and works councils.Data & Reporting: Provide insightful HR data and reports to leadership teams to guide decision-making.Change Management: Drive the implementation of new HR systems, processes, and policies while ensuring smooth transitions.Vendor Collaboration: Work with external providers to implement and optimize HR technology solutions.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, or a related field; certifications in coaching or mediation are a plus.Experience: Strong understanding of labor law and health & safety regulations in Spain and Italy.Languages: Fluency inItalian,Spanish, andEnglishis essential.Skills:Proven ability to manage conflicts and handle complex challenges.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong organizational abilities to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively.Personal Attributes: High integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.Role DetailsLocation: Barcelona (Esplugues de Llobregat).Hybrid Work: 3 days per week in the office.Travel: Occasional travel to regional offices (Italy, Greece) and headquarters in Belgium may be required.
