The HR Manager will design HR plans and ensure activities are aligned with Fluendo's plans and strategic objectives.
This person will partner with the management team according to our departments and Business units.

PRL) Requirements +3 years of HR experience in a Talent Acquisition part (focus on Tech profiles) A bachelor's degree in labor relations, human resources, psychology, law, or something similar.
Personal efficiency and teamwork.
Emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships, motivate, and collaborate with others are essential.
Good level of English to communicate with our international team.
