Title- HR Manager/Country HR Lead-Spain Experience - 07 -12 yrs.
Key Responsibilities HR Requirements • To implement policies & processes of Human Resources (HR) for respective entities thereby providing ground level support to both employees and managers on various HR related activities.
• Conduct disciplinary, grievance, appeal hearing and write outcomes.
• To ensure local employment related compliance.
• Good knowledge of local employment laws.
• Provides day to day support to employees and managers on employee query resolution, interpretation of policy and process, guide on key annual HR cycle deliverables on all employee life cycle events.
• Liaison effectively with various internal process stakeholder teams and ensuring meeting timelines.
• Support in managing overall attrition targets.
Conduct exit interviews and provide Attrition Analysis at regular intervals.
• To implement employee engagement and capability enhancement programs.
• Acts as change agent in providing support to business through new organizational process or transformation implementation and roll out communication plan with employees and managers.
• Ensuring service delivery within defined SLA's and share reports of different tracks.
Skills and Abilities • Hands on Experience in managing Employee Life cycle • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of HR functions and principles.
• Ability to resolve, make recommendations and coach employees and managers through issues and situations • A self-starter with an ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment • Work independently, organize, prioritize tasks with multitasking abilities • Strong on MS office suite and database management.
