Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related area.Master's Degree in HR.PhD Degree will be an asset.Excellent English spoken and written; Spanish or any other language will be desirable.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and 5 years of teaching experience.Education or experience in HR and Management skills.Highly motivated, well-organized, flexible, and able to work on your own initiative and independently.Les Roches is currently recruiting for its campus in Marbella, Spain, an experienced Lecturer in HR (Ref: HR – Human Resources).
Under the supervision of the Academic Director, he/she will be teaching and delivering academic theoretical classes in the related subject.
