Purpose of the position
Responsible for Payroll and Personnel Administration coordinates and implements HR administrative processes in accordance with collective agreements, legislation and the Group's internal processes.
Vacancy for Pontevedra or Reus
Under the supervision of the Head of HR and in collaboration with the rest of the HR team, you will perform your duties in the framework of both internal and external relations:
Internal: You will work with employees at all sites and with various departments in the framework of cross-functional departments (HSE, Finance, etc.).
External: You will maintain external relations with various administrative bodies (mutual insurance companies, HR providers, etc.).
Key activities
In accordance with management instructions:
Monitor HR and payroll information of employees. Implement HR processes in a reliable and timely manner.
The Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager proposes to Management corrective measures to simplify the process and make it more reliable.
Discusses and advises employees and/or managers on various payroll and HR related issues.
The Payroll and Personnel Administration Officer must inform the HR manager of the centre when any anomaly or dysfunction is detected, while making suggestions.
Specific professional skills
Proficiency in IT tools (Pack Office, SAP, SuccessFactor, etc.).
Advanced knowledge of labour law
Knowledge of payroll techniques.
Previous experience of 3-5 years.
High level of English, fluency in communicating and performing your job in English.
