Implement HR processes in a reliable and timely manner.The Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager proposes to Management corrective measures to simplify the process and make it more reliable.Discusses and advises employees and/or managers on various payroll and HR related issues.The Payroll and Personnel Administration Officer must inform the HR manager of the centre when any anomaly or dysfunction is detected, while making suggestions.Specific Professional Skills:Proficiency in IT tools (Pack Office, SAP, SuccessFactor, etc.).Advanced knowledge of labour law.Knowledge of payroll techniques.Previous experience of 3-5 years.High level of English, fluency in communicating and performing your job in English
