https://www.gri.com.es/ POSITION The HR International Global Technician will support the Area Manager in all responsibilities related to Recruiting, Reporting, Performance, Development & Organization related to the HR managent of the Corporate Team (around 120 employees) and the requiered support from the factories (Galicia, Brasil, Turkey, India, SouthAfrica, USA, Seville, Argentina, País Vasco and Poland).
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) The position involves the following roles and responsibilities in coordination and under the supervision of the Area Manager (among others): RECRUITING .
Managing recruiting processes for Corporate Positions and Factory Positions (both national and interntional; mainly Production and Engineering profiles).
ONBOARDING .
Coordinating the Welcome Training for new incorporations (Corporate).
ORGANIZATION .
JD update, Organizational Chart update, JD analysis and evaluation.
REPORTING .
Review information reported by the factories in order to calculate KPIs and identify deviations requesting the additional information required to understand the justifications.
PERFORMANCE .
Implementing and monitoring the MBO yearly process (Corporate and Factory First Lines).
DEVELOPMENT.
Analysis of employee's professional stage and motivation, identification of professional career paths, succession plans... SUCCESSFACTORS .
Updating HR software SSFF with all information about staff changes as well as monitoring the correct update from factories.
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS .
Invoices, communications and other administrative tasks related to our field.
OTHERS: Supporting the area Manager in different additional responsibilities as Budget & Forecast, Business Development Opportunities, Compensation and Benefits and others QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations or similar Master in Human Resources will be highly valued Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in a Generalist position within Human Resources with special focuss on Recruiting (at national and interntional level) Experience in a multinational evironment will be highly valued Experience in manufacturing environment will be highly valued Fluent in both Spanish and English (daily use) Advanced level of Microsof Office (specially Excel) Experience with Successfactors sofware will be highly valued Soft Skills required: Excelent communication skills, analytical, resilience, organization Available to travel (national and international) CONTRACT AND MOBILITY: Permanent Contract The position is based in our Headquarters in Madrid Occasional travels in nation an international basis (15% - 20% of the time aprox.)
