Our HR & Corporate Functions Business Line is looking for an HR Generalist temporary role, covering a sick leave and maternity leave for around 10 months, who will have the following responsibilities:
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and internal rules of Voltalia Group in Spain;Labor Relations matters;Establish relationships as partner with various entities in the human resources area (universities/schools, recruitment agencies/headhunters, etc.);Support activities related to recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal and people development according to the Group procedures;Supervise, when requested, the preparation of all regulatory and legal documents related to personnel management (social security contributions, drafting of employment contracts);Prepare payroll information to submit to payroll provider;Development of the admission process, according to legal and internal obligations of the company;Guarantee the application of social regulations and legal obligations within the company;Conducting monthly reports referring to the human resources activities;Filling out surveys for official entities;Manage potential legal issues and disputes;Compliance with legal obligations in administrative human resources issues;Participation in other HR activities depending on the specific needs;Organization of initiatives that promote the well-being of the Group employees;Support QHSE department in all tasks related to occupational health, temporary work/subcontracting documentation control and other tasks related to business activity coordination (CAE).REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will be/have:
University degree in Labor Relations or Human Resources Management (preferred);Specialization in Human Resources Management will be an asset;Training/experience in relations with unions and labor relations;At least, 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in international companies;General knowledge on all HR domains;Good knowledge of labor law.KEY SKILLS Focus on results;International mentality;Good analytical skills;Ability to handle multi tasks, establish priorities and negotiate successful solutions;Good interpersonal relationship skills;Good problem-solving skills;Good organization skills;Flexibility and capacity for change;Availability and sense of responsibility;Ability to work in a complex matrix organization.BUSINESS LINE
