Roles & Responsibilities:
Consulting and advising on people-based business decisions with senior leaders and people managers across the organisation.
Providing expert advice on a range of human resource queries from within the organisation.
Consulting with stakeholders on the development of policy and HR practices.
Creating positive employee experiences and effective employee communications.
Leading continuous improvement and development of HR processes and systems driving improvements, automation and efficiency.
Participating in compensation planning, including supporting the benchmarking of roles throughout the year and administration of the salary review process.
Oversee benefits and payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments to our people.
Working closely with L&D; and Recruitment on cross-HR projects and initiatives.
Leading and participating in HR projects as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational goals and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
5+ years experience of working in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-scaling environment
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in HR, Business or related field is desirable
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Extensive experience in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
Excellent understanding of HR principles, practices and employment law
Proficient in the use of HR Information Systems and HR software tools MS Office/G-suite
