Description: The Human Resources Generalist provides direction and support to complete Large Business Teams (Directors, Managers, and Employees) by providing timely and accurate information in the areas of HR policy and procedures.
The position holder also provides support and training for annual HR processes and is responsible for ensuring the shared service support delivery model meets clients' needs.
Provide direct business interaction in the delivery of HR Generalist support services, ensuring world-class customer service through prompt and reliable service.
Work in coordination with local, regional, and global HR Generalists to provide the necessary service according to the strategy and needs of each team.
Major / Key Accountabilities: Give total and complete support to large teams in different functions.Coordinate and support HRBP (geographies or functions).Advise and coach Directors/managers on talent management and career paths, to develop their teams through capability uplift and engagement.Lead Talent Process for Band 1 and 2 and support in Band 3.Influence managers to ensure compliance with the existing policies and effective people management (to avoid legal cases in the future).Partner with the business to develop and implement people and organizational solutions to influence the culture and performance of the business.Act as the first point of contact for all employees with regards to HR.Supervise and process any job changes and temporary contracts.Coordinate the off-boarding process.Partner and support ER Manager on employee relations issues.Provide support to regional Recruitment when required: performing additional interviews, solving difficult conversations, advice to managers, support to internal candidates.Develop knowledge and/or expertise on Labor Relations, Payroll, Talent & Development, and Recruitment.Lead conversations with COE.Provide support and training of annual HR processes including Optimising Performance, Annual Salary Review, Talent Reviews, and Pulse Surveys.Lead/participate in local HR Projects and participate in international HR projects, cross-functional initiatives to break the silos (Pulse Together, Age+, Wellbeing, Top Employer, Eco-Collaboration, etc.).Responsible for rollout and administration of HR programs including roadshows, live meetings, and training.Conduct new manager assimilation sessions.Represent HR in field compliance audits.Perform additional duties and projects, as assigned.Develop job aides and process flows for all field support services. Qualifications: Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in a relevant Human Resources technical discipline.
Desirable:
Postgraduate qualifications in business or related discipline, experience, and knowledge in employee relations, labor relations, wellbeing.
Experience: 3-5 years related experience in Human Resources.Proven experience in administration and explanation of HR policies and procedures.Experience with end-user customer support and training.Experience of HR systems, Workday preferable.Desirable: Experience in Multinational Companies.Skills & Knowledge: Demonstrated experience interacting with employees and management at all levels and providing excellent customer service.Customer service focused.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to lead and coach.High standard of work quality with a focus on continuous improvement.Excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence diverse groups.Reliable, flexible, credible, and resilient.Structured, disciplined, detail-oriented, completer/finisher, self-motivated.Languages:
