PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, compensation, benefits, headcounts, attrition, diversity, performance evaluations etc.
).Compile, maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).Assist in payroll preparation.Management of HRIS tools: timesheet, employee portal, SuccessFactors, Learning Management Systems, Intranet, travel tools, expense report tools, benefits platforms etc.Support actively the entire process of occupational risk prevention.Participate in creating and implementing training programs and support the launch of new training activities and courses.Managing schedules, records, booking and setting up training venues for training and development projects.Act as a point-of-contact for training vendors and participants projects, ensuring employees and vendors follow established policies.Support in Internal Communication, with a specific hands-on the company's Intranet.JOB REQUIREMENTSInterpersonal, social and communications skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, strong organizational and planning skills.Proactivity, team player and internal client orientation, result and detail-oriented.Adaptability and flexibility and intercultural sensitivity.Independent self-starter, with a strong sense of accountability and mindset of high-quality results.Knowledge requirements:Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must (spoken and written).
German would be a plus.Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases, employee HRIS (SuccessFactors, Workday etc.)
and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.Experience and qualifications:3-5 years of experience in a multinational, matrix organization as HR Generalist (is a must).BA in Human Resource, Psychology, Law or Business Administration.Master degree in Human Resources or related.
