Purpose: The HR Generalist is responsible for all HR and payroll administration for the region. This role is also the first contact for employees in all their HR-related matters. The HR Generalist takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service by correctly executing the first time around. Depending on the region, this role may be involved in HR activities like recruitment, training and development, and projects.
How can you help us? Management HR administration: preparing contracts, entering data, handling mandatory registrations (e.g., tax office, social security, pension and sickness registration).Focus on training and development processes.Managing recruitment process (publication of vacancies, candidate follow-up, and interviews).Be responsible for the initial onboarding of new employees: welcoming new employees and providing health and safety training.Be responsible for offboarding activities: seeing employees out, collecting Medline property, and administering exit interviews.Be responsible for all administration concerning employee benefits.Support European HR activities: organisational charts, announcements, and rolling out European programmes.Be the initial contact for employees and managers in HR matters.Translations of official company announcements/news.Are you our match? 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience and a successful track record.Bachelor's degree (Labour Relations and Law).Native Spanish speaker and English professional level.
