Responsibilities: Handle routine HR inquiries, managing to completion. Conduct HR transactions including orientation, leaves of absence, exit meetings, etc. Process HRIS transactions, ensuring data integrity and quality. Serve as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes, and self-service tools to employees and managers, escalating when necessary to internal COEs and external resources. Participate and assist with location events. Assist with departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed. Define, develop, and maintain concise documentation for procedures, work processes, and reports. Collect, analyze, and prepare visual HR-related information such as the preparation of scorecards and dashboards as warranted. Perform root-cause analysis using data, identify performance gaps, and suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer service. Local Responsibilities: Absenteeism and overtime reports (KPI's HR). Hiring, onboarding, and integrating a new employee. Define all general HR Valladolid Plant policies and adapt the organization structure when the department structure changes. Support the payroll department through the calculation of some payroll lines and variables. Monitor the permits granted in the plant and the corresponding supporting documents. Ensure that the Performance Management System conducts to improve employee performance and development. Advise and lead the resolution of all collective internal issues. Organize and use an Information and Communication System for all employees. Obtain individual information about potential problems in the labor environment, conducting surveys and assessments in order to adopt the necessary actions to adjust the personal policy within the company to avoid problems.
