Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Systems Business Group is looking for a HR Generalist for its Production Plant at Valladolid (Spain).
The role of a HR Generalist is to support to HR site Manager and to provide to management on human resourses issues.
The main missions of the role are to:
Assist the Site HR Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives. Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, , etc. at site level. Management with public and local entities (INSS, INEM ...) and University schools. Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes. Management of internal communication with employee. Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives. Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System. Report relevant HR information to HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have/be: Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR Management A good knowledge of employment law Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems International mindset Results orientation Strong written and oral communications skills Minimum bilingual (English required) Faurecia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
