Job DescriptionJob purpose The main objective of this role is to ensure the implementation and coherence of HR policies in the plant as well as to support the employees in all HR needs they may have.
Main accountabilities and tasks Provide guidance and partnership to managers and employees across a wide range of HR matters.Play a key role to employees' queries or conflicts, enhancing a long-term trustworthy relationship.Perform talent attraction strategies, recruiting profiles according to the needs of the plant, revision of job descriptions or organizational chart.Management of employee lifecycle such as compensation, talent development, onboarding, offboarding, etc.Follow up on the adaptation of the new hires and internal promotions.Ensure compliance of documents and plant activities with applicable labor legislation and internal regulations.Participate with the HR Manager in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and projects related to the HR area.Participate in events, forums, and job fairs to attract talent and consolidate our employer brand.Coordinate different options for collaboration with local educational centers.Ensure the monitoring of HR indicators, warning of deviations and proposing action plans.Boost acceptance and communication of medmix values internally and externally.QualificationsRequired experience and qualifications: Work experience: 2-5 years.
Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Experience in multinational environments as HR Generalist. Broad experience in the industrial sector is desirable.
Education: Degree in Psychology, Labour Relationships, or Law. Master's degree in HR or in a related field. The academic qualification may be replaced by accredited professional experience in the subject area.
Languages: High level of English.
Soft skills: Internal customer oriented, team player, good communication skills, attention to detail, open-minded, and flexible.
Other: SAP knowledge, Microsoft Excel.
