Job Description Your ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day Local HR Operations including hiring, onboarding, training, benefits, compliance with labor law, and enforcing company policies and practices.Answer staff questions about wages, salaries, and time records.Administering new employee assessments and maintaining updated welcome documentation.Maintaining updated HR files.Administration of sick absence, maternity leave, and any other absence.Coordinating and managing data protection law in ADM.Managing the working time tracking system and updating information.Ensuring compliance with ADM's policies.Developing and monitoring HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.Providing decision support to HR through HR metrics.Ensuring legal compliance.Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.Promoting open communication and engagement initiatives.Advising managers on addressing performance issues and opportunities for growth.Overseeing onboarding and orientation programs.Overseeing employee benefits and payroll administration.Ensuring compliance with local law.Implementing and enforcing ADM policies.Your ProfileBachelor's Degree in Labor Law, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Three years of experience in a Human Resources role.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Occasional travel required.Spanish and English spoken and written; Portuguese is a plus.Our OfferChallenging tasks, short decision-making processes, and a high level of personal responsibility in a modern work environment with flexible work time models.Room for innovative thinking and growth with the possibility to manage your own career path.A company culture that promotes continuous learning and diversity.Excellent career opportunities in a world-leading nutrition company.An attractive remuneration package including a variety of social benefits like subsidized health and fitness offers.ADM is a company where managers and colleagues are encouraged to discuss and enable the flexibility needed to meet the demands of work and life.#IncludingYou
