Lear Corporation's administrative office in Valls, Spain, is primarily focused on engineering and innovation within the E-Systems division. This site serves as a center of excellence for electrification, connectivity, and high-voltage systems, with expertise in power distribution, battery management, and cybersecurity. It employs approximately 600 professionals, combining engineering and operational – central services roles. The Valls office also collaborates with local universities to support innovation and talent development .

Responsibilities:

Manage T&A system for several sites (leave of absence and permits management, control audits)Improve T&A system (coordinating HR, IT and the provider).Develop T&A user guides and provide system training.Ensure employee data is properly filled in HRIS (SAP Success Factors).Labour relations support.Local HR support on KPIS, HC and other administrative tasks. Requirements:

University degree: Labor Sciences or Labor Relations+ 1 year of professional experience with HR issues, especially in Spanish labor lawExperience in a similar role, preferably in an international, fast-growing and constantly changing environmentExperience working with HR systemsStrong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, etc.)Independent way of working and result-orientedEnglish at least B1 levelGreat people, communication and multitasking skills
