What You'll Do 1.
Recruiting & Onboarding Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings to conducting initial screenings.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Develop and manage a structured onboarding program to help new hires integrate quickly and effectively.

HR Administration Coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle day-to-day HR operations, including tracking employee leave and managing HR systems.

Employee Engagement Organize team-building events and activities to strengthen company culture.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, fostering open communication.
Implement initiatives that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.

Employer Branding Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking events.
Help create content for career pages, blogs, and social media that highlights our culture and growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For Experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced setting.
