We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to be a key part of our fast-growing team.

Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact, addressing general inquiries from managers and employees, including labor law questions.Act as the primary HR contact for location/region-specific HR administration.Manage HR documentation and systems effectively, accurately, and on time.Ensure security and confidentiality of all personnel matters handled by the HR team.Assist in creating, maintaining, and implementing new processes within the department.Support disciplinary actions, terminations, and mediations.Manage probation periods and contract terminations in collaboration with managers and team leads.Assist with absence, attendance, and leave processes.Conduct onboarding for all new employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle.Maintain up-to-date documentation and data for relevant countries.Oversee employment contracts for new hires, contract amendments, and employee exits.Provide support in onboarding, following up with new employees and managers, and serving as the point of contact for new hires on their first day.Assist with payroll processing as required. Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar HR role in Spain.Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian or French is a plus.Knowledge of Spanish labor laws, agreements, and contracts. Familiarity with other markets is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR systems.Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.Proactive attitude.Demonstrated experience in an international HR environment.
