We provide our customers with smart, innovative, and reliable logistics solutions with which we continuously work towards a greener logistics chain.We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our Barcelona team!Your role at ChainCargo:- You will take part in running the daily functions of the HR Department in our Barcelona office.
Such as administering payroll, benefits and absences, recruitment, performing onboarding and offboarding of employees, supporting the implementation of company policies and practices, and resolving issues, among others.Your main tasks:You will perform HR administrative tasks and services (contracts, settlements, social security formalities, etc.
).You will conduct administrative procedures in relation to Social Security, the tax agency, etc.You will provide support to employees on HR related topics, ensuring an engaging workplace environment.You will assist in the implementation of HR policies.You will process the leaves and absences in the system also transferred to the payroll administration.You will maintain personnel files such as employment contracts and performance-related documents, etc.You will implement new hires onboarding and employee recognition programs.You will carry out and coordinate employee offboarding and conducting exit interviews.You will participate in the full cycle of the recruitment process.You will prepare monthly reports on HR statistics.You will provide support in office management tasks.Requirements:Who are you:You have at least a CFGS in Administration and/or other studies related to Human Resources.You have at least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or other relevant HR position.You have strong understanding of Spanish labour laws.You are fluent in Spanish and English languages.You feel confident using Microsoft Office.You have experience using HRMS and ATS tools.You pay strong attention to details and you have excellent organizational skills.You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.You work and have fun, you want to be yourself surrounded by amazing people from all parts of the world.Benefits:What we offer:A great opportunity to be part of a growing technology & logistics scale-up.A company laptop.27 working days of leave and 10 days of workcations per year (work from wherever you want in the world!
