Job Summary

This role is a fixed term contract for 8 - 12 months as maternity cover. The dedication is flexible up to a minimum of a 75% dedication, which translates into 28.5 h week.

Join our dynamic HR Operations team in Spain as a vital member, collaborating closely with our global HR organization on various exciting projects and initiatives. You'll leverage your HR expertise to become a trusted advisor for managers and employees within a designated business function, offering comprehensive support on all HR-related matters.

Deliver exceptional, customer-focused HR services with a proactive, consistent, and efficient approach, aligned with our Global Operating Model.

Facilitate the delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle and provide high quality HR support to Colt employees in Spain

Job Description What you will do

The main responsibilities are outlined below:
Provide in-depth HR knowledge to autonomously take the lead for a designated business function on all Country HR related tasks and activities across the entire employees' life-cycleCoach managers on best practices and all HR initiatives so they can effectively lead and support their teamsDrive employee relations activities and advise the business on Spanish Labour Law ( hiring, disciplinary processes, absence management, international assignments etc)Work closely with the relevant Business Partners responsible for business functionConducting employee onboarding and help planning of training and development.Administering compensation and benefit plans, supporting with communications and employee guidance. What we're looking for Bachelor / Master in any HR related or legal subjectGood experience working in an HR function requiredUp to date knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and best practiceFirst experience in works council relations preferablePrevious experience in working in an international matrix-structure desirableExcellent attention to detailCapacity to deal with a wide range of stakeholders with conflicting priorities.Ability to meet deadlines and cope with pressureAble to demonstrate initiative, influence and problem solving skillsFriendly and able to converse with people at any levelExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning and analytical skills Education

A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a relevant field
