We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our Iberian HR team in Barcelona. Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.Ensure HRIS (Workday) is up-to-date, especially in all aspects that can have an impact on payroll: salaries, variable payments, savings deductions, sick leaves, job title and department/division transfers, etc.Ensure off-boarding activities, prepare calculations and manage the entire exit procedure.Assist with work inspections, audits preparation.Manage and process wage garnishments.Responsible for compliance with LGD general disability law / Equality Plans.Manage hiring process, including new employee registration in Workday and follow-up mobility and immigration processes with relocation partners.Support in Talent Development activities such as language program management, training coordination, etc.Ensure that the HR vendor's invoice management is working properly. Implement optimization projects and process improvements.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations, Labour Relations, Human Resources or similar.5 years of experience as HR Generalist or Payroll Specialist roles.Proficient in Microsoft Suite.Knowledge of Spanish labour law.Fluent in Spanish and English.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsExperience with HR software (Workday or similar).Project Management experience, continuous improvement mindset.Knowledge of LGD general disability law / Equality Plans.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionAt Ecolab, we believe the best teams are diverse and inclusive, and we are on a journey to create a workplace where every associate can grow and achieve their best.
