They are looking for a HR Employee Support,
to join their team in Barcelona who would love to support employees and managers with a variety of HR related inquiries.
TasksBe the point of contact for HR questions and concerns from managers and employees and explain HR policies/procedures/processes to provide accurate guidance.Build expertise in HR tools and programs to effectively support employees and managers in their daily tasks.Support managers and employees in the day-to-day HR processes and provide relevant information in accordance with Company policies.Assist in payroll preparation by providing HR related data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.Create and distribute accurate documents relating to the employee life cycle.RequirementsPreferably experience in customer care, within a Human Resources environment.Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with employees.A detail-oriented professional, with high organisational skills.Experience in Workday, or similar HR Role, an asset.Knowledge of Microsoft Office.BenefitsHybrid working model (3 days from home).Fifteen (15) payments instead of twelve (12) payments per year.Flexible working hours.International working environment.Private health insurance.Life insurance.Pension plan.Flexible compensation.Interview ProcessStep 1: Interview with our Recruiter to get to know you better.Step 2: Call with our client's Recruiter.Step 3: Interview with the Team Leader.
