Come join us as a HR Analyst in Avanade's Europe Service Hub. You'll be the heartbeat of our HR operations, fostering a vibrant culture and driving HR excellence across the region. You will help deliver HR talent administration and employee relations services across the Europe area. You'll partner with strategic HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to support, mobilize, implement, and execute services that assist HR priorities, ensure operational excellence, and provide people-first, values-driven assistance. You will collaborate on the standardization and continuous evolution of HR services for efficient delivery and high impact.

Skills and ExperiencesSome experience in HR administration including payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance preferred.Some experience supporting onboarding, learning programs, engagement, and offboarding programs preferred.Ability to work with little supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple processes simultaneously.Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the nuances and differences across European regions.
