We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!Job purpose:Provide professional HR guidance and support to business leaders/key stakeholders with the objective of adding value to the business.Utilize HR processes and tools while working closely with business, to attract, develop, engage and retain key talents.Lead HR country team to ensure cohesive teamwork, communication and top level partnership across all supported business lines.What this job involves:Transforming HR strategy into daily operational support for business:Ensuring day-to-day operational HR support for business, including:Organisation Design & Development – identify and implement beneficial changes to the organisation in line with future requirements,Talent Management - support key stakeholders to review skills and prepare succession plans. Ensure identifying and securing talents within business units,Resourcing - work with key stakeholders to develop strategic staffing plans that effectively optimize talent platform, address performance gaps and develop leadership potential. Addressing recruitment needs, liaising with CoE.Leverage the CoE`s (Talent, Reward and HR Business Services) teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business.Learning & Development – support managers in gaps identification and development needs, addressing performance needs and cooperation with L&D teams in delivering L&D programs to assigned business units.Reward & Recognition Strategy – support and implement in assigned business units, as well as ensure understanding and proper communication to build employee commitment to the organisation.Collaborate with HR Team on cross-functional HRBuilding strong, long-term relationship with all business units:Establishing cooperation platform with key stakeholders,Building trust from business, through promoting awareness and business knowledge increase, among the team,Supporting the team in identifying HR priorities for business units and overcoming challenges. Performing HRBP role for assigned business unit:Close cooperation with stakeholders,Acting front line HR role for assigned business unit, linking business with back office, HR service functionsProvide guidance and advice to managers, on all aspects of HR and contribute to the development of business strategy and policies,Working with business unit, developing a solid understanding of the business, culture, and people.
