support key stakeholders to review skills and prepare succession plans.Ensure identifying and securing talents within business units,Resourcing - work with key stakeholders to develop strategic staffing plans that effectively optimize talent platform, address performance gaps and develop leadership potential.Addressing recruitment needs, liaising with CoE.Leverage the CoE`s (Talent, Reward and HR Business Services) teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business.Learning & Development – support managers in gaps identification and development needs, addressing performance needs and cooperation with L&D teams in delivering L&D programs to assigned business units.Reward & Recognition Strategy – support and implement in assigned business units, as well as ensure understanding and proper communication to build employee commitment to the organisation.Collaborate with HR Team on cross-functional HRBuilding strong, long-term relationship with all business units:Establishing cooperation platform with key stakeholders,Building trust from business, through promoting awareness and business knowledge increase, among the team,Supporting the team in identifying HR priorities for business units and overcoming challenges.Performing HRBP role for assigned business unit:Close cooperation with stakeholders,Acting front line HR role for assigned business unit, linking business with back office , HR service functionsProvide guidance and advice to managers, on all aspects of HR and contribute to the development of business strategy and policies,Working with business unit, developing a solid understanding of the business, culture, and people.Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Manage business/HR process cycles such as salary/bonus review, IPMP in year process, business planning, employee promotions, talent and career review etc.Drive HR initiatives and facilitate HR programs, linking development and leadership initiatives to business strategy and measurable results.Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues in the market and develop innovative solutions for relevant business unit.Desired skills and experience for this jobExperience working in a complex, multinational environment.Ability to build partnerships at all levels and influence senior management.Demonstrate a high level of business acumen that links the HR strategy to the business strategy and commercial aspects.A broad understanding of the prevailing macro-economic conditions and employment markets including labour law knowledge in the countries within your cluster.Demonstrated experience as a dynamic HR Leader with strong people management, relationship building, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lead, coach and advise leadership to empower employees and build high-performing teams.Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise, with a risk and compliance mindset.Strong analytics, business, and financial acumen.Deep project and change management skills, with the ability to act as a change agent and enable the business to manage through change.Aprox.10 years of experience in similar roles.Deep knowledge of legislation and Spanish governance.Spanish and English fluent.What you can expect from usWe succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our success.Our Total Rewards program reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your career ambitions, recognizing your contributions, investing in your well-being and providing competitive benefits and pay.Location: On-site –Madrid, ESPIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.We take our responsibility to protect the personal information provided to us seriously.Generally the personal information we collect from you are for the purposes of processing in connection with JLL's recruitment process.We endeavour to keep your personal information secure with appropriate level of security and keep for as long as we need it for legitimate business or legal reasons.We will then delete it safely and securely.
