Hr Director (Industrial Company)

An excellent Industrial HR Director role has become available at an industrial multinational company in Spain.In this strategic position, as a HR Director, you will be lead, manage, and account for HR strategy, policy, and performance within the entity.You will be responsible for the HR impact to operational performance, provide coaching and advice to managers to facilitate planning and decision making and will be responsible of leading employee and industrial relations at the relevant level working with employee or works councils and local Union representatives.
Key functions:
- Anticipate, advise & manage HR impact of transformations (technological, organizational, etc.), and drives the change management plan.
- Support the business by giving good quality HR advice and guidance.
- Drive and ensure social climate, engagement, communication.
- Manage the HR team in the production sites.
- Lead the deployment of HR tools, processes & policies, and coaches' managers.
- Coach managers on HR related topics.
- Plants Labour Relations and negotiate with trade unions.
- Performance appraisal, retention policies, succession plans with the corporate HR strategy.
With a degree in Law or Labour Relations and a MSc in Human Resources Management, you will provide more than 8 years of experience as a HR Director in an industrial/operational context. Experience managing re-organization and transformation's processes will be a plus.
You will have to demonstrate C1 level of English, strong leadership, empathy, and good team-management abilities, influencing skills, decision-making profile, and strong knowledge of local labour relations legislation.
