Your responsibilities will include:Planning, directing, and coordinating HR activities and policies in international expansion.Developing and preserving human capital aligned with company values.Development and management of a performance appraisal system that drives high performance within the company.Establishing strong relationships with group managers and developing the HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.Labor relations, including relations and negotiations with unions / works councils (factories).Payroll management, compensation and benefits programs, and policies.Leading recruitment and selection in emerging international markets.Promoting a culture of high performance and integrity and responsibility compliance.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in psychology and/or Labor Relations.
