If you're ready to join us on this journey and help create a workplace where talent thrives, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesLead and support the HR team, helping them grow in their roles and become even more effective at what they do.Kickstart and improve learning and development (L&D) programs for managers, focusing on picking up new skills, building leadership chops, and fostering professional growth.Come up with fresh solutions to tackle issues in key HR areas like Recruitment, Learning & Development, Motivation & Recognition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.Create an HR and People Strategy that vibes well with our overall business goals.Use HR analytics and metrics to guide those important decisions, figure out what's working, and fine-tune our HR processes.Oversee HR functions across different countries, making sure we're following the rules and applying best practices for our diverse team.Leverage HR automation tools and AI tech to streamline our processes and boost efficiency.RequirementsYou've got experience leading teams of five or more, promoting teamwork, and achieving awesome results.You know your way around all major HR areas, including Recruitment, L&D (especially Leadership Development), Motivation & Recognition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.You've spent at least 2-3 years in roles like HR Business Partner, HR Lead, or HR Director, and you have a solid total of at least 8 years in Human Resources.You've worked in international and multicultural tech companies with around 60 to 300 employees (bonus points if it's in the EU).You're fluent in English and Russian—super important for effective communication with the team.You bring a lot of energy and drive to challenge the norm, embrace change, and make things better.You've got experience in setting OKRs and strategic goals for the HR department.Bonus pointsYou're proficient in Spanish and can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.You've had some experience in the Game Development scene, which gives you a good grasp of the industry's vibe and culture.You understand the ins and outs of Spanish legal specifics, especially around employment and labor laws, making sure we stay compliant and follow best practices.Why join usWe do something magical and unique – we create great games – and we do it well;We operate in a challenging and rapidly growing mobile gaming industry;ZeptoTeam - is a cohesive team of enthusiastic professionals - so your input will be heard, and your role in the project will be weighty;Our office is cozy and beautiful, you'll have a comfortable working place;And at last – we'll offer you an attractive compensation package (from wages to social intangible elements.
