As they continue to launch new innovations into the plastic and reconstruction surgery space and grow their presence globally, they are looking for an HR Director EMEA & APAC to lead their team.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing the HR strategies and initiatives,
being a true business partner for the Senior Leadership team for their Global Consumer Business Unit and all the teams across the EMEA and APAC regions.
You will support and lead the company's transformation as it becomes a global organisation, implementing a new HR model in the region whilst inputting new systems and processes.
Leading and supporting a matrix organisation of varying functions with a strong focus on commercial and marketing operations and functions.
Key responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.Act as the HRBP for the Global CBU and all teams across the EMEA and APAC regions.Provide strategic HR guidance and advice, aligning HR strategies with business goals.Support talent management, organizational development, and performance improvement.Lead a team of HR Business Partners in the region as well as holding dotted line management to EMEA / APAC Recruiter and Payroll Manager. To be considered for the role, your profile must closely match the following criteria: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.Extensive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong business partnering skills with experience in working with commercial and marketing organisations.Excellent communication and leadership capability with experience in global or multinational organisation.Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
