Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic HR Delivery Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in HR operations, labor law, and payroll management.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance across our EMEA South and LATAM regions.
ResponsibilitiesHR Operations Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on legal changes and implement necessary adjustments in accordance with Regional & Group HR policies.Employee Relations: Address employee issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff in accordance with the Regional HR Specialist.Onboarding & Offboarding: Support the onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth offboarding procedures for departing employees in accordance with the Regional HR Specialists.Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.Office Management: Coordinate office management tasks.QualificationsProven experience in HR operations (1 to 4 years).Knowledge of labor law and payroll.Fluency in Spanish and English or French.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Additional Information- Attractive compensation package;
