The HR Data Excellence Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the HR Data framework to ensure process robustness and the highest data quality levels to enable data-driven decisions regarding people. This role will monitor and control excellence in HR Data Foundations to create business value through the discovery and availability of trustworthy data across various business processes and knowledge domains.

Your Key Responsibilities:Monitor the management of HR Data from various systems and sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, consistency, and completeness of HR data across all systems.Coordinate the People & HR Data Governance, deploying all Group Data standards, security policies, and procedures within the HR function.Present to the Data Quality Council, contribute to data governance initiatives, raise data quality awareness within the HR function, and manage and animate the Data Governance community.Manage HR data improvement initiatives, from scoping to implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality deliverables.Collaborate in the preparation and presentation of People Analytics reports.Support the implementation of People & HR Data Analytics strategy.We Bring:A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers.The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose.A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset.A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome.Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.A firm belief that working together with our customers is the key to achieving great things.You Bring:University degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics required, preferably with a Masters.1-2 years working experience, ideally with the ability to analyze, manage, and validate large sizes of data.Good knowledge of analytics tools and solutions (PowerBi, Python, SQL, Power Query, and similar) with an understanding of databases and data structures.Data-driven mindset with high levels of quality standards, strong detail orientation, and a hands-on proactive mindset.Methodical, structured, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills, with project management skills, good communication, and a team player.Our Recruitment Process:Are you interested in this role?
