Our primary objective is to assist businesses in making decisions based on data, with a particular emphasis on producing global reports as the primary and most reliable source of information. A team of 12 experts provides support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, we strive to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that enable us to gain a deep understanding of how we can enhance the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.
How would you be impacting our mission? Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations;Support the People Experience (HR) team with identifying opportunities and making intelligent, data-driven decisions. You will execute end-to-end data projects and be the main point of contact for the internal stakeholders;Leverage reporting, data analytics, data quality, and visualization to provide insights for routine and ad-hoc operational requests;Co-create key definitions of KPIs, and ensure their global alignment.What will help you thrive? Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights;Have 2+ years of experience in the business/data/HR analysis area;Experience in working with business-oriented teams, knowing how to adjust their way of explanation to the audience;Experience in data management and visualization (experience in Tableau is a plus);Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research; can work with multiple sources of data;Experience in leading and executing end-to-end data projects;Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences;Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
