Gestionar la selección de personal de los hoteles asignados Actualizar y crear las descripciones de los perfiles Establecer una política de prácticas y asistir a ferias de empleo y prácticas Colaborar en la ejecución de planes de formación (Impartir formaciones a través de webinars o onsite, Onboarding...)
