In line with such scope, the HR coordinator will be the main point of contact for daily HR matters towards the population in scope as well as their managers, Centre of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, Learning & Development), Business Units stakeholders and any other third-party suppliers (Labour Relations & Payroll).The job holder will be responsible for managing the administration of the relevant personnel, designing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs, and supporting in monitoring and implementing the legal and regulatory obligations to ensure full compliance with all laws and national collective agreements for the centrally managed hosted population.
