En ACJV by Marriott estamos buscando un HR Coordinator que quiera formar parte de un departamento de RRHH en la central de Pozuelo de Alcorcón.
¿Qué esperamos de ti? Gestionar la selección de personal de los hoteles asignadosActualizar y crear las descripciones de los perfilesEstablecer una política de prácticas y asistir a ferias de empleo y prácticasColaborar en la ejecución de planes de formación (Impartir formaciones a través de webinars o onsite, Onboarding)Colaboración y ejecución en las diferentes áreas de RRHH para la creación y actualización de procedimientosColaborar en la elaboración de planes de desarrollo Conocimientos:
Estudios en Turismo, Hotelería, ADE, Psicología, Sociología, etc.Nivel profesional de inglés (> B1) Requisitos:
