Reporting to the Chief of Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of the Human Resources function, participating in the digital transformation for Human Resources and the whole organization by supporting the HR function on data control related to workforce planning as well as monitoring the Human Resources KPIs, including personnel cost.With the main responsibilities focused on systems and processes, Compensation and Benefits, Data Analytics, and other ad-hoc projects led from the HR Function, you will have the opportunity to build the Operations and Controlling Function for HR.Major AccountabilitiesDesign and implement the process to gather, collect, and maintain HR data integrity and tools for proper reporting and analysis on HR matters.Support the CHRO in the due diligence process for the final integration/onboarding of new companies, considering all necessary requirements by liaising with external lawyers and the MEA/Finance team.Build the HR metrics culture across the organization and drive HR data analytics and budget processes.Lead communication and training on HR processes to the HR Community to gather relevant quality data.Liaise with Finance and HR teams across the European group to optimize processes regarding forecast, reporting, audit, and control on the accuracy of local and corporate data.Lead improvement processes on SuccessFactors to optimize data related to workforce planning, personnel cost, and headcount.Act as a key user on process/system related to personnel cost and headcount.Support the CHRO in designing a more standardized Compensation and Benefits Policy for the group.Specific AccountabilitiesControl the group headcount (currently around a thousand employees), personnel cost planning, and forecast creation, among other KPIs, by carrying out regular deviation analysis.Be the first HR point of contact for the group stakeholders regarding HR Analytics.Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports/scorecards as well as ad-hoc reports from various sources by checking/controlling data before uploading to ERP.Design and implement a scorecard to regularly analyze and follow up on potential deviations in any of the HR Metrics.Requirements :University Degree in Finance or similar.High level of English.High proficiency in Excel.At least 5 years of experience as an Auditor or Controller.Knowledge of tools such as Power BI and Python is a plus.High analytical skills, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.Teleworking 3 days a week.#J-18808-Ljbffr
