HR CONTROLLER (INTERN) Reporting to the HR Controller role and supporting Corporate and Local HR function, you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of the Human Resources function.
You will participate in the digital transformation of Human Resources as well as in the design and implementation of new processes for the HR Function of the Group in order to improve data accuracy and control, reporting processes, workforce planning, etc.
You will be specifically responsible for the Master data of Human Resources and Coordination of personnel planning in alignment with the direction of HR Controller and Direction of the group, leading the necessary requirements to ensure accuracy in data management for all the affiliates cross-functionally, as well as giving support on the presentation for key senior stakeholders.
At the same time, you would support the implementation of several European initiatives such as Pay Register System, Equality Plan implementation, or CRS reporting.
WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IN YOUR PROFILE: Student in Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics and/or Master's Degree student with the possibility of an internship relation.Advanced Excel expert and very used to working in MS Office.Previous audit/consulting experience will be an asset.Detail-oriented, able to manage different projects at the same time, eager to learn and contribute.
