Your challenges: Investigate and address employee complaints and allegations of policy violations to ensure fair and consistent disciplinary procedures are followed, prepare reports and assist in implementing and monitoring any required corrective actions.Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR processes in cooperation with local HR and Legal experts, to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans (employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, data protection, equal opportunities, and other related areas).Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to develop, review and update company policies, procedures, and regulations required by the HR Compliance function.Work with external stakeholders (regulatory bodies, legal advisors, and auditors) to ensure compliance with labor laws, other applicable regulations and address any compliance-related issues.Proactively look for functional best practices, spread knowledge, and provide constructive inputs to support the function in creation and roll-out of the departmental strategy/agenda.Your skills & experience: Min. 5 years of relevant experience in HR and/or Compliance & Risk Management for larger, multi-national organizations.Demonstrated abilities in conflict resolution, managing employee relations, investigations, employment law, and related areas.Excellent understanding of labor law, compliance principles, and regulations.Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.Flawless written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Fluency in English is a must.Certifications in Compliance expertise will be an advantage.Our promise:
