We are looking for an HR Compensation & Reward Analyst with strong analytical skills who can drive insights from data and deliver impact to our stakeholders.
This position is based in our offices in Madrid but requires collaboration with our Senior Reward Manager in London.
Your ResponsibilitiesSupport HRBPs on market data and compensation analysis.Provide advice and guidance on appropriate hiring or promotional compensation packages, in line with our Compensation policies, local regulations and in cooperation with Talent Acquisition/HR Partners and Leaders.Assist with the annual Payround process (Data accuracy in HR systems, data checking, etc).Support HRBPs before and during the Payround exercise.Work with local HRBPs to understand business/people needs to develop priorities and design/build solutions that support it.Provide HR dashboards and reports to manage social relations in compliance with legal obligations.Analyze performance metrics; provide reporting and data analysis as required.
Identify trends, potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance improvements within the function.Participate in Compensation & Benefits projects to ensure appropriate alignment to our Global Total Rewards Strategy.Your Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor/Master's degree or other professional degree.2-4 years of compensation & reward experience ideally in consultancy and finance industry and at pace with the latest trends in compensation & benefits, preferably in an international environment.Experience in job evaluation systems and maintenance of grading structures.Highly developed analytical skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Ability to diagnose problems and think out of the box.Strong networker with excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to convey information clearly to all levels within the Organisation.Advanced level of English (verbal and written) at a professional level and preferably Spanish as you will be based in Madrid.Sound planner and organizer who is results-focused with ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.Display a strong sense of awareness of confidential or sensitive topics.
