Key job responsibilities:
Own and deliver projects and drive progress towards business goalsEngage and coordinate with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementationResolve high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals and complex disciplinary issuesCoach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders across the businessCo-ordinate with work councils and unions to drive positive employee relationsAnalyse internal dashboards to create reports on key metrics for leadership at your site

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degreeRelevant experience in an HR role operating in an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environmentRelevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisionsRelevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadershipAdvanced proficiency in Spanish and EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSRelevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
