The Role Proactively ensure data integrity in system and personnel files for Corporate by auditing and analyzing data, identifying discrepancies and recommending changes in countries under the scope. Qualified member to promote Solera Way culture in the organization. Execute labor strategy according to Solera philosophy avoiding liabilities, leading the relation with union in countries where that model exists. Lead the Talent Wheel, support TA with the hiring strategy, facilitate onboardings, assure Performance Review Process and Rewards while implementing a Talent Planning process. Assure payroll incidences are reported on time and with the quality required. Execute Selection drill by following the staffing plan. Ensure new hire paperwork is received and uploaded into employee files. Qualified member of the Compensation team: Salary adjustments, Increases, SIP/LIP (bonus), promotions, reorganizations. Integrate training strategy aligned to business and corporate needs. Work with Human Resources Director to operationalize HR communications and processes to ensure quality output. Assist in the preparation of equity and grant awards for corporate employees. Coaching to associates in regards to corporate policies and procedures. Serve as an active team member to represent line of business in ad-hoc special projects or various development or improvement committees as well as events. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS BA/BS degree required. Strong leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. English (fluent). Proficient in Microsoft Office with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment. Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure and provide excellent service to employees at all levels. Strong self-starter with excellent time and project management skills. High degree of integrity to handle confidential assignments.
