Handle labor sanctions, translate industrial agreements, and maintain policies and reporting.Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and developing recruitment channels. Collaborate with organizations and maintain a talent database. Focus on technical profiles (e.G., electromechanical, IT), sales, and administrative roles (e.G., finance).Project Development: Lead key HR projects related to people development and training activities.
