Job Description
As an HRBP in Spain, reporting to the HR Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage the people development area and contribute to all HR projects to achieve the business results in the territory.
Main Duties

HR Operations Support: Manage personnel administration, contracts, payroll, time control, and HR software (SAP - Employee Central). Handle labor sanctions, translate industrial agreements, and maintain policies and reporting.
Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and developing recruitment channels. Collaborate with organizations and maintain a talent database, focusing on technical profiles (e.g., electromechanical, IT), sales, and administrative roles (e.g., finance).
Project Development: Lead key HR projects related to people development and training activities. Coordinate with headquarters in Germany and the USA to implement global strategies.

What you should bring with you:

Studies related to psychology, HR, or similar fields.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Office 365).
Minimum English level B2-C1 (constant communication with Germany/USA).
10 years of experience in recruitment and HR.
Proficiency in managing databases and recruitment channels.
Having a driver's license is a plus.
Experience with multiple work centers and industrial sectors is a plus.
