You will join a global recruitment team who is involved in the basis for the further growth of ELCA on a worldwide level, managing the entire recruiting processes across several business lines.
In this role:Manage the end-to-end recruiting process partnering with hiring managers in all locations at a worldwide level.Create and maintain requirement profiles and publish job ads.Facilitate interview processes, hiring decisions, and offer negotiations.Organize and implement recruiting events (Forums, Hackathon events, technological challenges).Set up and maintain a network with universities, interest groups, and recruitment agencies.Collaborate to design and implement company policies and procedures ensuring a positive employee experience and strengthening company strategy.Drive improvement culture and policies to enhance employee engagement.What we offer:A challenging and professional working environment in a dynamic international team with extensive expertise.An organization with flat hierarchies and collaboration across business departments.An amazing project working with a variety of subsidiaries and real opportunities for growth.Flexible working hours and excellent team spirit.Possibility to work 1 day from home per week.Work at one of the leading Swiss IT service providers.About your profile:You have completed higher education in an HR-related field.At least 7-10 years of experience in recruitment in an international environment, in an IT recruitment agency or in-house experience in the IT industry.Strong background as a full-life cycle recruiter with validated skills in talent sourcing and the tech industry.Expertise in recruitment for the SaaS industry and software engineering.You have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
